If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item within 90 days of purchase, return it for an exchange or full refund, less the original shipping & handling charge. Please use the return instructions on the purchase invoice and indicate the reasons for the exchange/return.

You may use any carrier to return your package. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package.

Please return wide brim hats in the original packaging to prevent shipping damage. Please affix the return label from your invoice onto the package.
