True UV protection
I was using these sunglasses all the time when I was a tennis official. These protected my eyes well from the scorching sun. This winter I let husband borrow my sunglasses when he went to the Great Barrier Reef. He loved them. Now I'm planning to order a couple of pairs for him for Father's Day's gifts. These are the only reliable sunglasses that have protection against UV rays. My only complaint is that the side plastic parts are not very durable.

Perfect Fit
These sunglasses fit great over my prescription glasses, giving me wrap around protection from harmful sun rays. They are nice and light weight, so much so that I forget I am wearing them. I'm thrilled with these because, unlike my clip-on sunglasses, these offer great side protection from UVA's & UVB's while I'm driving.

Do not fit over prescription glasses
These are listed as fitting over "many" prescription glasses. They don't fit over mine, which are in no way unusual or outsized. I get tired of things not fitting over glasses--shooter's glasses are all that work. Fortunately this pair was a freebie. Will donate to charity.

How to Measure

Most Solumbra clothing is oversized.
It is designed with generous proportions to give you freedom to move around. There's no need to order larger sizes. Exceptions are noted in product copy.
Inseam:
Measurement from inside crotch seam to bottom of hem.
Unisex Tall Sizing:
Unisex tall shirts are sized for customers over 6'4" and have sleeve length measurements from center back of M 36"; L 381/2"; XL and 2XL 391/2".
Women's Tall Sizing:
Women's tall pants have a 34" inseam.
Women's Petite Sizing:
Petite garments are sized for customers up to 5'3".
Hats:
Measure around your head with measuring tape above your eyebrows and ears.
Gloves:
Measure around hand across the knuckles (exclude thumb). The number of inches determines glove size. If you are right-handed, measure your right hand and vice versa. People with extra long fingers, or who would like a looser fit should consider ordering a size up.
Shade Sleeves:
Sizing for this garment is based on your Solumbra shirt size.
